Payment is accepted via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your order.
Regardless of your order size, we charge a flat rate $6 for shipping anywhere in the United States of America – order away to your heart’s content.
Upon confirmation that payment has been confirmed from PayPal, orders will be packaged and shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS, First Class mail/Parcel Post. If you desire/need your order shipped via Priority Mail, or FedEx Kinkos, if you need insurance and delivery confirmation, please contact us for pricing.
Make certain your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. We are not responsible for additional postage if the order is returned to us. If we ship to an incorrect address, and it is our fault, we will be responsible for the additional postage.
We will notify you via email that your order has been shipped and its postal service tracking number. Although we typically ship only once a week, we also accept rush orders that need to be expedited. Typical transit is five to eight days for delivery. Although it is a rare event, we are not responsible for
lost or damaged orders.
Currently, international orders cannot be processed directly from our website. Please email us about your international shipping requirements.
Our main goal is to insure that you are happy with your purchase. Although we cannot offer refunds, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please email transitionprints.com to discuss the details. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items. Thank you!
